Delivery

The Half Price Delivery is for UK mainland only and applies only to Standard Delivery and Guaranteed Before 6pm Services for a limited period.

Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 3pm. If you require the item guaranteed for Next Day delivery this only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas. Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select our Premium Service if you require a Guaranteed time before the daily cutoff time or Saturday delivery if required for the weekend. Please note we use several different couriers to make deliveries and we can deliver up to 6.30pm.

Please ensure you provide the correct Billing address that matches the card holder and the correct delivery address including the postcode and contact number to ensure of no delay with your order. A landline telephone number is required for any orders that are not getting delivered to the cardholder's registered address. We do not ship to flats or tower blocks unless they are manned by a contactable security firm with a landline telephone number.

Orders placed after 3PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday. Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery tables for pricing.

Items damaged on delivery must be reported on the same day of delivery and must be received in writing from you within 24hrs from the time of delivery, no claims outside this time limit can be dealt with in any way whatsoever. Any delivery notes must be signed unchecked or damaged delivery and any claim for any damages must be followed up by photographic evidence.

Some items such as Heavy Catering Equipment items and some crockery have an extended delivery time, they are normally delivered within 3 working days although sometimes 3 to 5 working days may be required, we will contact you shortly after receiving the order to advise you if we foresee any delays, please note we cannot guarantee times of delivery but can contact the drivers on occasions if required for these products. Please contact our sales centre on 0844 875 4 875 if you need to confirm lead times.

Once we receive your order, we will process and aim to despatch this on the same day providing the order has been completed before 3pm, otherwise it will roll over onto the next day’s orders. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery of your order unless you have specified an express delivery. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers, depending on the product.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will only charge you for the items that we have in stock and despatch to you. Our aim is to always have stock available on all the website items. Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £50 (ex VAT).
A delivery charge of £5.95 (ex VAT) will be charged for orders with a value of less than £50.00 (ex VAT).

Remote Areas will incur an extra charge for delivery as we have to use sub-contractors for these deliveries and have to charge the rates we are quoted at the time, please call for info before ordering. 

Premium Delivery Services

Premium delivery services, such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost - please check the table below.

You should order before 3PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.

We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Offshore And Remote Deliveries

For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Postage rates for these areas vary, please check our table below.

Remote Areas will incur an extra charge for delivery, please call for prices!

A supplimentary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.

Direct Delivery Items

Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.

Although most items will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.

Heavy Equipment

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
