What’s your opening times for business?

Our Website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Office hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

How do I open a credit Account Facility?

Please complete the form on our Website. Your account will normally be opened in 5 working days.”subject to status”. Should you require goods urgently please contact our Sales Office. Please note that for Sole Traders and Limited Companies which have traded for less than 12 months we will not be able to offer a Credit Account Facility, we shall, however, be pleased to trade initially on a payment with order or credit/debit card basis.

Is it safe to enter in my credit card details?

Yes, our secure checkout is encrypted (using industry standard SSL technology), which is the process of converting data into "unreadable code". meaning other users cannot look at your credit card and personal details whilst you are on our secure checkout. You will know when a page is encrypted when the padlock is shown at the bottom of your web page.

When can I expect delivery?

Following receipt of your order, confirmation of delivery will be forwarded to you. All stock items are available on a 24/48hr delivery schedule.

Can I get my delivery tomorrow?

Normally Yes if in stock and you select the service we will deliver within 24hrs, but please contact our Sales Office who will be pleased to make special arrangements if required. If you make your order before 3pm then you will receive the goods next working day normally but if you require the goods guaranteed then please select the service you require, e.g before 10am or before noon!

What if I am not in to receive delivery?

Standard times of delivery are between 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Please advise us of any special requirements of delivery when placing your order. Failed deliveries where no one is available to receive goods can be subject to a further delivery charge so please try to make sure someone is around to receive your goods.

Who delivers my order?

Normally Fedex Carriers, Parcelforce or Palletways Carriers, all which have nationwide coverage.

What are your Carriage Terms?

All orders under 99.99 ex VAT and which are delivered to UK mainland are subject to a carriage and packing charge of £5.95 excluding V.A.T. Orders over £99.99 and delivered to UK mainland will be delivered free of charge. Orders for delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Highland addresses may be subject to additional carriage charges and extended delivery times; please call our sales office for further details. Is the item in stock?

We hold large stocks of our products over 14,000 to be exact and our stock numbers are shown on our Website and are normally very accurate. For items indicated "to order only" please contact our Sales Office to confirm availability.

The goods you have sent me are damaged, what do I do?

Please contact our Sales Office a.s.a.p and within 24 hrs, Notification outside this timescale cannot be credited or accepted.

The goods do not seem to be the same as the last time I ordered them.

Some times we change suppliers for items but not very often, Please contact our Sales Office who will be pleased to explain the reason for the change.

What is your returns policy?

If goods are unused and in their original packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in, we will gladly credit them within 30 days. Unfortunately we are unable to do this with special order items, unless they are faulty.

The goods are faulty, what should I do?
