Returns
How to return goods
Nextday Catering Equipment operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase, the item/s must be unused, in its original packaging, fully un-tampered with and fully inspected by our warehouse manager before a full refund or replacement is made to you, whichever you prefer. A re-stocking fee may be charged for certain items. Special order items, Crockery and Glassware are excluded from this and cannot be returned to us.
Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – in the first instance call our returns line on the national rate number 0844 875 4 875 to obtain your return authorisation number and details on how to return your product.
Please note that if returning clothing or shoes they must be in the original packaging, folded and presented in the manner in which you received them. If you are changing a size please enclose a cheque made payable to Nextday Catering for £3.95 to cover our postage costs back to you.

Warranty Repairs
All products bought from Nextday Catering Equipment have a minimum one year parts warranty, and most items also include an onsite labour warranty which also runs for one year. If any in any doubt please contact us by phone or email service@nextdaycatering.co.uk - 0844 875 4 875.
In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 0844 875 4 875 and we will arrange an immediate repair - The items must be securely packaged in a box with maximum support giving to the product to ensure safe return to base. If the item is returned in insufficient packaging and has damage to it - Nextday Catering Equipment will not be held responsible.
Please note that some items have a back to base only warranty, which means that we will collect the item from you and repair it at our repair centre then return to you in full working order.
