The Lincat PO425 Pizza Oven is ideal for restaurants takeaways cafes and fast food outlets.  Featuring a Firebrick base for crisp and even cooking making it perfect for cooking deep pan thin crust part baked or frozen pizzas. With the ability to reach temperatures as high as 480°C the oven is also ideal for cooking a variety of other foods such as ciabatta naan and garlic bread lasagne jacket potatoes pies and pastries. This is complete with internal illumination for better visibility of product and enhanced appearance in front of house applications.
