This professional tilting bratt pan is a heavy duty commercial cooking appliance which is able to perform up to eight cooking functions: braising, boiling, steaming, poaching, stewing, roasting and frying.So versatile it can be used for a huge variety of foods and easily replace numerous other pieces of heavy kitchen equipment. Although a fairly large catering appliance, it can save vast amounts of space in comparison to individual appliances which can do limited kitchen tasks.

  • Electronic ignition system visually controlled by indicator lamp on the front of gas models
  • Safety system to cut off gas and heating if the pan is raised

  • Double skin lid with counter balanced mechanism for easy opening
