The fryer also includes handy lids as standard - helping to extend the lifespan of the oil by protecting the pan whilst the fryer is not in use. And as the fryer is lightweight and compact, it's a great choice for taking on the road for demo or pop-up cooking. Its compact size also makes it easy to store away when required.
