Each of the boards is made from low density polyethylene (LDPE) - a lightweight plastic material that's easy to handle whilst being durable enough to withstand everyday use in commercial kitchens.

The pack contains six chopping boards that are instantly identifiable by colour for use with raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat, salad and fruit, baked goods and vegetables. By keeping these food types separate, you'll ensure your kitchen is as safe and hygienic as possible.
